2.When you use the AI chat function of this Tool, we will collect your chat records with AI, including text content, to optimize AI's chat response capabilities and provide you with more accurate services.
3.When you use the AI painting function of this Tool, we will collect information such as your input painting descriptions, parameter settings, and generated paintings to improve the AI painting algorithm and provide you with results that better meet your needs.
4.If you use the facial-related functions of this Tool (such as "facial-generated painting" or "facial style conversion"), we will, upon obtaining your explicit consent, collect the facial images you actively upload. Such information will only be used to realize the specific function you select (e.g., generating personalized paintings based on facial features) and will not be used for other purposes not explicitly stated.
5.To ensure the normal operation of the Tool and your usage security, we will automatically collect your device information (e.g., device model, operating system version, unique device identifier), network information (e.g., IP address, network type), and usage information (e.g., login time, usage duration, frequency of function usage).
(II) Methods of Collection
We collect the above information through methods such as information actively provided by you and automatic recording by the Tool. Information you actively provide includes content you input or upload during registration and function usage (including facial images); automatically recorded information is collected through the Tool's technical means during your usage.
For facial information, we will clearly indicate the purpose and scope of collection through a dedicated function entry, and only collect it after you click "Agree" or complete the authorization operation. You can withdraw authorization at any time through function settings.
II. Information Use
1.We will use the collected information to provide you with the core services of this Tool, including the implementation of functions such as AI chat and AI painting, ensuring you can use the Tool normally.
2.Facial information collected will only be used for the specific facial-related function you select (e.g., generating paintings based on facial features) and will be promptly deleted or encrypted and stored according to your settings (e.g., "Do not save facial information" option) after the function is completed.
3.Based on the collected information, we will optimize and improve the Tool to enhance AI's performance and service quality. For example, AI can better understand your needs based on your chat records and painting preferences. Without your separate authorization, facial information will not be used for algorithm training or model optimization.
4.With your consent, we may use your non-personally identifiable information for data analysis and research to develop new functions and services.
5.To ensure the security of your account, we will use your information for identity verification, security detection, and other operations to prevent account theft, abuse, etc.
III. Information Storage
1.Your personal information will be stored on our servers, and we will take reasonable technical measures to ensure the secure storage of information, preventing loss, tampering, or leakage.
2.The storage period of facial information strictly follows the "principle of shortest necessary for function": if you do not choose to save it, it will be automatically deleted after a single function usage; if you choose to save it, the storage period will not exceed 90 days (unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations), after which it will be automatically deleted. You can also manually delete stored facial information at any time through "Personal Center - Privacy Settings".
3.The storage period of information will be determined according to legal and regulatory requirements and service needs. After service termination, we will properly handle your information in accordance with relevant regulations: information that needs to be deleted will be deleted, and information that needs to be retained will be subject to secure storage measures.
4.We may store your information on servers located in different countries or regions, but we will ensure that these countries or regions have a sound legal system for privacy protection and adopt protection measures equivalent to those in China. Facial information will only be stored on domestic servers that comply with Chinese laws and regulations.
IV. Information Protection
1.We adopt various security technologies and measures to protect your personal information, such as data encryption, access control, and security auditing, to prevent illegal access, use, or leakage of information.
2.For facial information, we additionally adopt measures such as "isolated storage of sensitive information", "full encryption during transmission", and "strict restriction of access rights". Only technical personnel responsible for function development can access it temporarily within the authorized scope, and all operations are traceable with records.
3.We conduct strict privacy protection training for employees, clarify their responsibilities for information protection, and only authorized employees can access your personal information, who must also abide by strict confidentiality regulations.
4.In case of security incidents such as information leakage, we will immediately take remedial measures and report to you and relevant authorities in a timely manner in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. If facial information leakage is involved, we will notify you within 24 hours and explain the handling plan.

2.You have the right to check and delete stored facial information at any time through the path "Personal Center - Privacy Settings - Facial Information Management". After deletion, functions relying on such facial information may not work properly.
3.You have the right to request us to delete your personal information, and we will handle it promptly if it complies with legal and regulatory provisions. However, please note that deleting certain information may affect your normal use of some functions of this Tool.
4.You have the right to withdraw your consent to our collection and use of your personal information. You can withdraw consent by contacting our customer service, etc., but after withdrawal, we will no longer be able to provide you with relevant services based on that consent. After withdrawing authorization for facial information, we will immediately stop using and delete the relevant information.
5.You have the right to request a copy of your personal information, and we will provide it within a reasonable time frame.
VII. Protection of Minors
We attach particular importance to the privacy protection of minors. If you are a minor, you should obtain your guardian's consent before using this Tool. Collecting facial information from minors is strictly prohibited. If it is indeed necessary (e.g., guardians assisting minors in using facial painting functions), written consent from the guardian is required, and the guardian must operate on their behalf. The storage period of such facial information will not exceed 30 days. We will not collect additional personal information from minors and will handle minors' information with the guardian's consent and guidance.
VIII. Policy Updates
This privacy policy may be revised due to changes in laws and regulations, updates to the Tool's functions, etc. We will publish the updated policy in a prominent position of the Tool and notify you through appropriate means. Your continued use of this Tool after the update constitutes your agreement to the updated policy. If the updated content involves rules for collecting and using facial information, we will separately prompt you through a pop-up window to read and confirm.
